1. Information We Access

Dopace may request access to information on your device depending on the features you choose to use, including:

• Calendar data, used to display, organize, and analyze your time based on calendar events.
• Reminders data, used to display and synchronize tasks and focus-related records.
• Health data, used only with your permission to show personal insights such as sleep, workouts, activity, and other wellness-related information.
• iCloud data, used to sync your Dopace data across your devices through Apple’s iCloud and CloudKit services.
• Purchase information, used to manage subscriptions and access to Dopace Plus features.

2. How We Use Information

We use information only to provide app functionality, including time management, calendar visualization, task and reminder synchronization, focus session tracking, personal insights, optional HealthKit-based insights, and subscription management.

3. HealthKit Data

Dopace may read HealthKit data only after you grant permission. HealthKit data is used solely to provide personal insights inside the app.

Dopace does not use HealthKit data for advertising, marketing, or data brokerage. Dopace does not sell HealthKit data or share it with third parties.

4. Calendar and Reminders Data

Dopace accesses calendar and reminders data only after you grant permission. This data is used to display your schedule, synchronize selected tasks, and provide time-related insights.

5. iCloud Sync

If iCloud sync is enabled, your app data may be stored in your private iCloud account using Apple’s CloudKit infrastructure. This allows your data to sync across your own devices.

6. Data Sharing

Dopace does not sell your personal data. We do not share your personal data with advertisers or data brokers.

Some app functionality may rely on Apple services, including iCloud, HealthKit, StoreKit, Calendar, and Reminders. These services are governed by Apple’s own privacy practices.

7. Subscriptions

Dopace may offer paid subscriptions through Apple’s in-app purchase system. Subscription purchases are processed by Apple. Dopace may use purchase status information to unlock paid features.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

Data stored locally on your device remains on your device unless you choose to sync it through iCloud or otherwise export it. You may delete app data by deleting it in the app or removing the app from your device. Data stored in iCloud may also be managed through your Apple ID and iCloud settings.

9. Children’s Privacy

Dopace is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
